On 16 September 2026, we were pleased to support the 1st National “Demetrios Vikelas” Conference, organised by the Cyprus Sports Organisation as part of the implementation in Cyprus of the National Action Plan “Ambassador of Sports Education & Values – Demetrios Vikelas”, a programme we proudly support.

The Conference was addressed by the Minister of Education, Sport and Youth, Dr Athena Michaelidou, and brought together representatives of the sporting communities of Cyprus and Greece, highlighting the importance of sports education and the values of sport.

Of particular significance to us was the strong presence of Cypriot and Greek Olympians and Paralympians, who shared their experiences and personal journeys, highlighting both the pursuit of sporting excellence and the wider social impact and values of sport.
