With the book \u201cCyprus at the Olympic Games \u2013 84+42 Years\u201d, K.E.S.O.A. pays tribute to Cyprus\u2019 presence at the Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
Over 42 years (1980\u20132022) of independent Olympic participation, Cyprus has taken part in 23 editions of the Games (11 Summer and 12 Winter), represented by 130 Olympians (40 women and 90 men). The portraits of all these athletes are presented in the book. <\/p>\n
The work also honours 84 years (1896\u20131980) of Olympic history in which Cypriot athletes, as part of the wider Hellenic sporting community, represented Greece on the world\u2019s greatest sporting stage.<\/p>\n
